Nah let him go somewhere were his career will go down the drain and say afterwards maybe it was wisely to stay with Roma.. If he goes to Lyon Prade and Sensi better say we will want cash plus Ben Arfa..

Seriously, this team has a different face without Mancini. It will be sad to see him go. Even if Roma were to benefit from his departure (and im not looking at you, Di Natale), I couldn’t care less. Mancini is a Romanista in my eyes.

I agree with Don yet again.

Who knows… This could still be settled in our favour.

I do NOT want Di Natale.

We need someone young anf dynamic.

Ben Arfa is off to England, imo.

i think if Jose had his choice, he’d pick Barca or Milan. I fear though, that he might go to inter, which really is sad. i think the guy is a phenomenal coach and a great personality and would, under any other circumstances, be a good thing for serie a. a superstar foreign coach that even the anglos know. deep down i think he has too much class for inter, but who knows. he’s into the cash i’m sure. not really looking forward to hating his guts, but what can you do.

What’s all this news about our Mancini leaving? It’s the other Mancini that is resigning.. The crappy one at Inter.. Don’t drag our guy into this. haha

Mourhinho has class? That’s stretching it pretty far… Anyway, he has a thing for owners that have infinite sums of dough..He’ll be at Inter. Trust me

Yeah I wouldn’t call Mourinho a classy manager.

I still think Mancini will resign.

If he leaves he will end up going down the shitter.

Just look at Chivu, Zebina, Samuel, Pelizzoli. lol

I’m with you Bashar – I haven’t seen any news about Amantino. Are you guys confusing him for the lackluster fucker over at Inter?

Peter, there are reports from FCITLIA and IL ROMANISTA saying that Roma are not agreeing with Mancinis demands yet again.

It is on Romanews, and apparently they got it from La Gazzetta.

I am “warming up” to Moggi

Yeah its all over the place.

So expect a follow up from Mancini and Conti saying they are close to resigning.

This sucks on the cover, but lets wait till the book is done.

I think Conti and co find a way to keep him here.

Moggi is full of crap.. The only reason I like it when he speaks is because he keeps bashing Inter.. But if Roma were top of the table and fighting with Juve for 1st, he’d turn on us..

As for Mourinho.. He really is very classy.. He goes out and make a whole lot of noise in the media (just like all the other prem managers + Mancini) to divert all the attention and pressure away from his players on to himself.

In person, other coaches have described him as friendly, classy.. He cares about his family a lot, and would rather spend time with them than celebrate titles, etc… The players love and respect him, opposing coaches respect him… If Spalletti leaves in 8 years I’d only want Mourinho, Ancelloti, or Prandelli to replace him…

Morinho has also done a lot of philanthropic work with Israeli and Palestinian kids….and the man fought with police when they tried to quarantine his dog…how can you not like someone who loves animals?

all kidding aside…he is a great coach, although at times I hate his posturing..even though its too distract the media away from his players

What are you people on? It is Roberto Mancini of Inter, NOT Amantino Mancini of Roma, that is leaving! I did think that it was rather ironic that R. Mancini was complaining about the officials after the game… “the only difference between the two teams were the red cards” after their Champions League exit.

“Unfortunately it happened again that we were reduced to 10 men and that is a completely different game.”

Um…really? I mean seriously did he not see the video?

I think Mancini will go to Spain. It seems those in Spain have a better chance of national team duties then in Italy.

Speaking of that, seriously no Doni? while he can be mr. inconsistent he’s on form right now.

Mancini replacement, Vucinic starting role, Rosina in Vuci’s role. Or maybe that Richarlyson again, he got the call from Dunga over Mancini, plus him and Vargas making out after goals would be a strange sight.

In all serious i’m sad that it looks as if Mancini is leaving, but as long as he gives 100% for the remainder of the season then good luck to him (just don’t hold Roma hostage like Chivu).

I hope Mancini joins Man City for a great prize and plays in the UEFA Cup (not that it is a bad cup but coming from CL quarterfinals at the age of 27/8) for the rest of his carrier … in 3 years time he will transfer to Fulham hoping to win something in the FA or Carling Cup.

Mind you I thought he wouldnt sign and I didnt want him to but if he wouldnt sign after all this “I am staying, it is a done deal” … then F*** you! Chivu version 2.0

Seems as though the EPL has there heads in their . . . you know:

“The Premier League is the best in Europe, according to Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson. England has become the first country to have four teams in the Champions League quarter-finals after Liverpool defeated Inter Milan in Italy yesterday to join United, Arsenal and Chelsea in Friday’s draw.”

Best in Europe. . . ya ok sir ALEX WHo has the world cup?, WHo has the Club World Cup? Who holds the current CL title (Milan)? Who has QUALIFIED for the Euros? Who has the current Golden Ball Winner? WHo has the European golden boot winner (My very own Totti)? And which league has at least 7 teams* that can blow the doors off any team any day? FUck off EPL . . . keep dreaming!!

    * Seven Teams are: Roma, Inter, Milan, Juve, Fior., Napoli, and Udinese. . . mabye even Palermo . . .depends on consistency.

I don’t believe these rumors of Mancini leaving.. It’s like a roller coaster ride.. First minute its 99% staying and then he’s leaving, then staying and now leaving. The media got bored with Inter and are now worried about Mancini..

Come summer time, if Roma don’t agree terms over the buy out clause they might just say whatever and agree to his terms. The fact that he wants a lower buy out clause is worrying in itself because it would mean that he has thoughts about leaving sometime.
