He keeps saying there are only a few details to work out. But I have read that the "detail" in question is the buy-out clause. Roma wants to set it at something like 16M Euros, and for it to be valid only for non-Italian teams. Mancini wants it at 12M, including for Italian teams. That would basically be the same as selling him to Inter for 12M, and he is worth more than that. But I am optimistic that if Mancini leaves, Cerci will do a better job of replacing him than Andreolli ever would of replacing Juan or Mexes. Sempre rotto!
