If there were a 5 Italian player-minimum, hell, even 3-player minimum, Inter would be battling relegation for the rest of the season. If you're using the World Cup victory as a reason he should win then too bad, that was last year. And for the record, I don't think Kaka should win any award for what he did in 3 games. If you take away the Celtic 2nd leg and both Man United games would he still be in the running? He didn't do much in Serie A and he was marked out of the final, exept for the few times he actually got to run at somebody and both times he ran right into Carragher losing the ball. I'm a big Kaka fan, but the Ballon D'Or should go to Totti. If it was someone else who was the top scorer in Europe then they would be the favorite! No way Pirlo will win it.
