Does anybody know what’s going on with Vucinic’s co-ownership? I was sure we needed just 3.5m to buy him out (3.5m loan +3.5m for the co-own, + 3.5 for the rest). But everyone, even IlRomanista (http://www.ilromanista.it/?section=news&id=10066), is saying the co-ownership doesn’t have a fixed price, Meaning Roma has spent more than 7 million on him, and an eventual Real Madrid, who is reportedly interested in him, bid, could drive the price of his remaining half to 10 million, making the total price 17 fucking million euros. Can anybody clarify this? Because I didn’t believe it til IlRomanista said it as well (though I really don’t like them much of late, it’s not that reliable of a site).

yes I see them play regularly Steve, and we suck during the seond half of matches a lot of the time… it is some of the most boring defensive footy I have seen, sometimes playing 15-10 min without a striker!

we need to get a proper target man and change to a two striker formation… that is what I suppose will happen next year if we do buy Amauri, this formation has run it’s course and Roma need to change either to a 4-3-3 or a 4-4-2

I don’t see Cicinho a RB. He’s a RW….and Perrotta? My favorite these years, but I don’t think he’s gonna make it to be a starter in 09.

Gonzalo Castro is 20, currently the RB for Leverkusen…Never seen him play, but they are our very understanding, cheap, dear friends and I figured we’re gonna steal another player from them.

Panucci still at RB? I don’t think so, Cicinho should be ready by next year to start many more games, the bad thing is he is too much of a defensive liability, and I think next year we will have a little more than what we had to work with this year in the transfer kitty so I think we can do much better than that line up.

Mathiue is almost a defenite, Doni has to go we need a real consistent Keeper and Panucci needs to be replaced, my top choice is no other than Zaccardo…

I also don’t think we will be using the sam esystem next year, its geting kinda boring and some teams have started to understand it
