    Vucinic a Roma Channel

Looks like il Mostro isn’t in anymore pain and it was more of a scare and hyperextension then anything serious… lets hope the tests confirm this.

    @Kistajk:

As i learned in the previous topic, Bapt is making the salary cap limit (2.5 mil). The 4.5 is with the tax (or something along those lines.)

Good news about Vucinic. Now let’s sign Menez!!! Doesn’t look like Drenthe is going to happen until after the Olympics, if that. I wonder if they discussed it today in Madrid.

The Lupi’s new boy has signed a four-year deal that will net him just under £2m per season plus bonuses

Hey 0.0: Its doubtful that if Baptista plays on a regular basis that he will get less than 9 goals…He’ll score more. Im telling yall, the BEAST is hungry and ready to prove himself with an array of goals.

Man I don’t know if I’m ok with his contract. Breaking the cap for la bestia is unfair seeing the contributions Mexes and De Rossi have already made without similar compensation.

Yea it looks like we were able to bring him down to keep him under the cap. The 4.5 million is before taxes. And I agree, I think he is going to absolutely surge as a giallorossi and find his previous form. Now if we can get a solid winger I will be thrilled. I still think that this lineup looks pretty damn good though:
    Doni
    Cici-Juan-Mexes-Riise
    DDR – AA
    Perotta-Baptista-Vuci
    Totti

I prefer Perotta in the lineup over Taddei… I like Taddei but Simone does more for the overall flow of the team. With the beast in his old spot, he won’t need to worry about finishing as much and he proved he could be more than serviceable at the position under Lippi

it’s preseason, so they’re trying out Artur in goal and seeing how he does…

i’m pretty sure curci played a good deal of the preseason last year, if not all of it.

If Roma don’t sign Thiago Neves their entire front office deserve a right tar and feathering. Already twice the player Drenthe will ever be.

Looks even better on paper than in one’s head… although I don’t count Cassetti/Panucci or Tonetto out on the flanks at WB.

If people still cant do the math. go to romanews.eu and you can see each player contract. Everyone knows only DDR and totti make above the limit. If you look at Mexes’s new contract its at 4,5 lordi as well… meaning after taxes he is under the limit.

Anywyas…. the video is awesome but could be better. I mean 50 goals in 2 years a seville and they always show the same selecao and Fake Madrid goals. What gives.

The one goal at around 2:22 is awesome though.
