You guys are right. It doens’t get old reliving that moment…Grosso’s shot curling into the back of the net and me jumping off the couch screaming and banging my knee on the coffee-table and not feeling a thing as I call my dad time zones away and he is already in tears of joy too…bellisimo.

amazing…everytime i watch it
i was in italy for all the knockout games. the reaction of the people after this goal was CRAZY. In fact, I didnt even know Del Piero scored until after the game and someone told me that he did.

it always amazes me seeing how perfect that curling shot by grosso is…bends right around a completely outstretched lehman. props also to that beautiful finish by dp after gila brilliantly holds up the ball for him to connect onto.

feels great being an azzurri fan after that game today and amazing memories provided by these clips are the cherry on the cake.

ahhhhhhh, i could have a cigarrette right about now.
