Disappointing not to be able to see Cerci play at Toulon cause of his injury – we’ve been good to see how good he really is (he’s in rehab with Totti in Rome right now.) Guess we can still take a look at Galloppa there – he might be coming back to Rome in the summer at 23 years old; i can see him taking up Brighi’s current position (vice-DDR)

I’ve always wondered why we never went after Milito. He won’t be as expensive as Fabiano or Huntelaar, he’s flying under the radar but is a fantastic striker and has been so consistently. Mancini for Iaquinta and Milito and we have a great front line.

I read that Roma is looking at Jeremy Mathieu. As of now I think that I might prefer Vargas at LB but this kid looks pretty good. I have no idea about the validity of this report but it doesn’t sound too bad once you get over his Frenchness.

Pizarro is gone if we have money to spend on a top player because he isn’t a top player. Pizarro also isn’t good enough to dedicate our entire attacking midfield to. Which is what we would have to do in order to not make him defend. Pizarro is a good possession dribbler, he does not worry any defenders going 1v1.

Aimar playd on he left on his last year at valencia and did quite well, I know he is predominatly an AMC…

what if we played Pizarro on the left on a 4-4-2 on a more zidane role? like when he was in madrid, cutting inside with the ball? he is a great dribbler and he would not have to defend much like this… then we would just have to buy a true winger for the right…

Aimar is not a winger. He is an attacking mid, probably a trequarista. Short too so he can join the Oompa Loompa squad at Roma. If we need a striker get Diego Milito. D’Alessandro is a head case like Cassano. Just back in Argentina and loves it there. His seasons in Germany and Spain was filled with controversy so thats an pass. Buy Morales also but loan him out the first season, atleast thats what I should do.
