That investigation just started. Here are some numbers from the Romanian media:

On the bottom of that page is the “black list.” The left column shows the money declared by the seller and the right column is the money that was paid by the buyer. As you may see, Inter are involved in a couple of the scams (Mutu and Zicu) where they paid huuuuuuuuge comissions to the Becalis that were never taxed…apparently.
