At the instant the corner was taken, there were 4 Roman and 10 Palermo players inside the box. Also, you read that as TEN, in case you think I’m talking in binary.
The ball-boy may have broken the rule by crossing the barrier, but blaming *him* for your incompetence actually looks quite stupid to everyone.

http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=565466Good stuff when consideringg AJAX has pictures of Kuffour signing the contract and being presented with jersey number 6 hehe. Sammy, I think you might need a better agent!

Well only two days left to go in the mercato. It doesn’t look like we are picking anyone up at all. Unless there is a sudden flurry of activity over the next 48hrs. Nothing is impossible. Chris, got any info or is it wait till summer?

Chris, what can I say, I’m an eternal optimist.
And I believe I deserve a resounding Roma win for my birthday today.

Oh yeah I wouldn’t mind pulling off some major signings this summer but I still think that we – as an absolute must – need to aquire a 3rd striker this mercato. We’ve seen both Totti and Vuci injured this season and I can’t help but wonder what would happen if they both went down. Even if it was only for one match. Let’s just get a body (as Chris would put it) so that we don’t have to worry about that. Lucarelli would have been perfect (except he was WAY too expensive) and even Rigano would have been okay. But both of those are already back in Italy with other clubs… At the end of the summer transfer market we were about to acquire Erjon Bogdani – if only to have an extra guy – but missed him. Let’s get someone now! Obinna fra Chievo perhaps?

Or perhaps Palladino who Juve can’t wait to get rid off…

I’m sitting here, hoping that we make at least one move to do something. Even a left-back or striker on loan for the rest of the season, someone of some notable mention, would be re-assuring. We have a long stretch of Coppa, CL, and Serie A and if we lose out any more players in the back, or up front, we’ll be feeling it.
