Photo: Do As I Say, Not As I Do.
By: chris | October 31st, 2008This photo comes to us from a website called AntiJuve.com. Those are Inter fans. A group of them spell out Ladri, meaning “thieves”.
Pot, meet kettle.

What does “pot meet kettle” mean? Maybe I grew up under a rock but I’ve never heard that expression before

I suppose it’s referring to this saying :”the pot calling the kettle black”, Julian

yes, alessio, or the juve of 07-08. i wonder if cobolli gigli was aware of the term “irony” when writing that sobbing letter to the league regarding the referees…

Yeah and as an outsider, all these calls against us this year smells of Moggi. Cough cough, Moratti.

D, since when are you an outsider to Roma?
Does France know? He’s going to be crushed.

That’s right, alession, because those claims were completely unfounded. Good call. Well done. Bravo.

For a good time you sdhould all listen to that.
And listen to minutes 11 – 18…. Spalletti is tired of this shit. I hope the boys all take his anger and venom into the match domani.
Lord knows we will need all the ginta we can get.

U,
I broke the news to him. He didn’t take it to well
BTW, with it being Halloween and all here, I am going as Totti.
With the boots, and ball, and all.

It seems that bayern are really dissapointed with podolski and that he might leave in january.Podolski to Roma anyone?

Well we can take Podoslki’s under achievements as a good sign, since Bayern cannot put an astronomical price on his head, nor can he. The thing will be whether he decides to play in Italy, let alone our team, or head for england or Spain…….

yo, pauly walnuts, make roma not play the 4-2-3-1 tomorrow man and i will be a bigger spalletti fan than you.
as for maradona as coach of argentina, it wont work. that man is the most unstable character. one minute its raining the other its sunny.

George……you’re my anti-thesis……good to find you here again. Nevermind you’re suggestions or any ideas you have about formations, we’re in the process of implementing the 8-1-1. How is that for a contradiction to whatever you think, or want!

George: you should write next to your name:

8-1-1 sounds good to me.

Thanks, Chris.
Inter fans got it right that day. And there was a Serie B season to prove it. Thieves!
If I am Spal, 0-0 is ok with me. Do not, under any circumstances allow a goal. Play the counter, like the great Italian World Cup winners did. Play DEFENSE!
4-1-4-1 with DDR and the Beast at the ones.Sit Totti for the rest of the year, with the exception of Cluj. Never play Loria again. Get Cassano or Podolski if possible in January.

non-roma topic- but who the hell in Argentina thought Maradona-as-coach was a good idea? I am honestly shocked. There is no basis to think that he will be a stable, inspirational, Mommy-cum-Daddy coddling-talent coach. I predict he will be gone before the WC comes around. Ego clashes and lack of unity will be the prime reason.

Does anyone actually think Inter would have won more scudetti had evil Juve (+Fiorentina, Reggina, Milan) been fixing matches? May 5th 2002 wasn’t about the referees, but of epic collapse. Win your own battles.

But Alessio, Inter didn’t win hardly any scudetti until we had that one gifted to us when you all went down. Before that, we did like 1 a decade until you get back to the sixties, when we had our last good run.
Yep, between 1966 and 2006 (the gift) we had 3 scudetti.
I keep telling you guys: except for the last few years, we never win anything.

The title of this post reminds me of Metallica’s “Dyers Eve”. Good job, Chris!

“May 5th 2002 wasn’t about the referees, but of epic collapse. Win your own battles.”
Ahhh but let us not forget about April of 1997 either. The infamous Iuliano Gets Out of Jail Free Card Day.

Actually that’s April of 1998.

and I’m sure brazilChris thinks Roma not getting any post match ban for diving after Rosella became the vice prez of FIGC has no relevance at all.
