I agree with the fact that Cichno should be a starter, but if you leave pizarro on the bench and Aquilani is injured who will you play there. Roma needs to purchase a good Defensive midfilder to free up de rossi n possibly play Aquilani futher foward. In regards to guily he would be a good off the bench sub with his speed and movemnet ability he can create space towards the end of the game when the defence gets tired but he is deffinalty not a starter. his passing n crossing is just not acruate enough to get things moving.

I think Pizarro is agreat player…but he doesn’t fir in Roma system..and he is making De Rossi be JUST a defensive midfielder…he is not pushing upfront anymore..thank heaven Aquilani is back..Aquilani and Derossi will boost Roma big time..both are great defensive players with lots of offensive skills. Roma should sell Pizarro…they would get good money out of him…Brighi and BArusso are good backups with room for improvement.
Pizarro and Giuly are good players..but not startes in Roma system they are more change of pace players..and Cicinho is just been a waste of talent in Roma.
Roma shoud sell Pizarro and Mancini (not that o want Mancini out of the team, he is awesome and underated in Europe..but he is becoming a Chivu-like player:greedy)Pizarro and manci sold= Jut about 25 million…buy Rosina, Modesto at left back, a Striker and they could still have some rom for develping another youngster like Barusso. What u think Chris??? ANy comment?

Spalletti had those results with Udinese because Udinese is not Roma. If you are at Roma, there are high expectations and a draw at home against Inter is disappoiting, but for Udine was a success. A draw with Cagliari is a disaster, as for Udine is not really a big deal. Udine does not have to win every game, that’s why they don’t have to attack every game, every minute. What I am trying to say is that you can’t compare tactics used in coaching Roma and Udinese.

First of all, tnx for everyone’s input. I really hope that someone from Roma staff reads this, because it is fecking brilliant and it does not cost a dime!!!

I hope Aqui starts playing, so the society sees the huge gap between him and Pizz….and we can start scouting accordingly. I am really curious how much running Pizz does during a game. His shirt is never wet!!! I hope it’s a low metabolism, rather for the lack of effort, cause it is 12 mill down the drain.

yea seriously pizarro just fucking holds the ball up in midfield lettting the defense get back. Aquilani is bigger, can play some defense and allow ddr to play more ofesnively. I think when we get aquilani back its going to bring so much more creativity to the table, and we will play the freewheeling, weaving, one touch style we like to see
