sorry to say i think the Golden Ball is a bullshit award that has rarely been given to the best candidate. it is chosen by a very culturally and marketability-slanted cast of characters. if it continues along in its tradition i see it probably winding up going to some one like C-Ron.

on a positive note, i think Spaletti is right on with his assessment of the CL game …

Well, it seems to me that Spal is right. Roma’s own worst enemy is themselves and their fragile mentality. These are internal issues that can be overcome by being focused, attentive, and keeping concentration. If they play well, they will gain confidence, which is desperately needed.

Of course this is easier said then done. But it can all be overcome through a solid performance against Chelsea, who in fact, still has some doubful players for tomorrow.
