GAME

Strange happenings, Brazilian brainfarts I think, result in a Bordeaux corner which is cleared.

Gourcuff kicks a FG – he has been by far their best player. And Baptista has been Roma’s. If he plays to his potential, he’s going to be a massive, massive signing. And that’s now three goals from him. Wondrous.

I have no idea how much time is left. But Bordeaux is playing aroudn with it, not really doing much of anything.

Here comes The Custodian, Matteo Brighi on for Vucinic.

Obertan is the new Menez, so as nice as it is to have Jeremy, it’s not like Bordeaux doesn’t have an answer.

10′ Menez looked like he dummied the ball but was taken out and he’s down. Riise also bundled after advantage played, and Roma with the free kick down by the box….Aqui….what a shot/cross by Aqui, keeper forced into a quality save.

Alberto is rocking a coif in tribute to Pat Riley and Gordon Bombay. Slicked back with plenty of extra virgin.

This would be like rolling in with a one-legged Julio Sergio in between the Roman sticks. I’d say match fitness is out of the question. Fantastic. (Watch him put on a show for the ages.)
