I'm all for keeping the core and the indisposable players on the team, I just don't think Mancini is in that category right now. He's very good, but far too inconsistent and was replaced pretty adequately in the beginning of the season by a guy who is a natural striker. I think it is vital to keep great players at the club who are champions and have the Roma mentality. If a player doesnt want to wear the jersey however great he is I'd sell him for the right prize without much hesitation.
